A guard for your charging cable holder — so you don't have to push the cable into a holder full of snow. The dummy shares its geometry with the charging handle that plugs into the car, so it sits exactly like the real connector.
Great for any charging cable holder that isn't already snow-proof on its own. FSprint's own ECT2, for example, doesn't need one — it's designed so snow can't get into the connector opening — but in other holders this dummy makes a real difference.
