Snowguard - BMW i5 Touring

Snowguard for the charging port area on BMW i5 Touring (M61).
The guard hooks onto the hinge arm and locks securely in place using a twist knob connected to the charging flap’s locking mechanism, protecting the area from unwanted snow buildup.

Available in three versions:

Standard – For home charging.
This version includes a removable frame. When the frame is removed, the opening becomes 5 mm wider all around, accommodating cables with larger plugs.

CCS – For those who home-charge and also use fast chargers.
This version features a removable cover for charging with CCS (DC/fast charging) connectors.

Charge Amp – For users with a Charge Amp wallbox/cable.
This version includes a removable cover for charging with Charge Amp cables/connectors.

The Snowguard is used during charging and removed afterwards so the original flap can close properly.
